Frequently asked questions
How far ahead should we book?
Book as early as you can, especially for spring and fall weekends. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before pickup.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. Hourly service has a 4-hour minimum for SUVs and 7-seat Sprinters, and a 5-hour minimum for the 12-seat Sprinter.
Can we have drinks in the vehicle?
Light alcoholic beverages are permitted. Smoking and vaping are not.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours before pickup, and 50% of the total payment is non-refundable.
Is gratuity included?
Yes. All fees are included in your price, with a 20% gratuity built in.
